Platanos town is on top of Aghia Marina and Panteli and just under the castle.

It is the capital of Leros, with the town hall and many shops and banks.

In Platanos you will also find the post office and the national telephone company.

The morning animation is a nice event to live while having breakfast in one of the terasses of the place.
